Respect

At WCCA, we believe respect is the foundation for healthy relationships—with God, with others, and with ourselves. Respect means recognizing the God-given worth of every person and treating them with kindness and honor. Scripture reminds us, “Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God, honor the emperor” (1 Peter 2:17). In our classrooms, hallways, and athletic fields, we strive to cultivate an environment where students learn to listen well, speak kindly, and value one another’s differences. By modeling and encouraging Christ-like respect, we prepare students to build strong relationships and to shine His light in their families, churches, and communities.

Integrity

Integrity means living in a way that aligns our actions with our beliefs. At WCCA, integrity is vital because we want our students to be young men and women of honesty and character who glorify God through their choices. Proverbs 10:9 tells us, “Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.” We encourage students to practice integrity in their academics, friendships, and commitments by holding them accountable and celebrating truthfulness and responsibility. Through intentional discipleship and high expectations, we aim to instill a deep sense of integrity so that our students become trustworthy leaders who reflect Christ both inside and outside the classroom.

Service

Service is at the heart of Christian living. Jesus Himself taught us, “The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:28). At WCCA, we believe students are never too young to learn the joy and humility of serving others. We provide opportunities both on campus and in the community for students to put their faith into action—whether through mission projects, helping a classmate, or showing compassion in everyday situations. Service is important for WCCA because it develops empathy, generosity, and a Kingdom mindset. We strive to nurture servant hearts in our students so that their lives reflect the love of Christ.

Excellence

At WCCA, excellence means doing our very best for the glory of God. Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Excellence is not perfection, but a commitment to give our best effort in academics, athletics, fine arts, and spiritual growth. For our school, this value is essential because it encourages students to pursue their God-given potential while understanding that their ultimate purpose is to glorify Him. We challenge students to grow, provide them with tools to succeed, and celebrate their progress. By striving for excellence, we teach them that every task—big or small—can be an act of worship and a testimony to God’s greatness.
